Gaza Grill is an authentic Arabic & Organic dining house, based on original family recipes from Palestine, with a deep love for the rich Middle Eastern cuisine, communal dining and delectable dishes. Everything is 90-100% organic, as local, traditional, home-made and freshly made as possible, and our bread is baked with sustainable Danish flour from the rolling mill.
Pesticides and GMOs are a thing of the past, and the animals must feel good and graze outdoors, so in addition to all our beef, chicken and halloumi cheese being Danish produced with guaranteed animal welfare, all our suppliers are organically certified.
In order to reduce our CO2 footprint, we also recommend all customers to eat less meat, so try our delicious falafel and our others. Vegan / vegetarian mezze side dishes, they saturate well and they are healthy for both body, soul and climate. Our electricity comes from natural energy and we work as far as possible only with biodegradable packaging, FSC certified printed matter, Nordic Ecolabelled cleaning products and completely without food waste.
P.S. All our dips are 100% vegan, and our falafel, cauliflower and french fries are deep-fried in a day-fresh organic rapeseed oil in which nothing else is cooked.
